I just learned this and it has been a huge help so that my Google Form assignments are automatically marked as done in Google Classroom. Select from a template and scroll down toward the Education section and choose Blank Quiz. Click the title field to edit the name of your quiz form and then type your questions in the questions field. Simply go to Create a new Form and select Blank Quiz from the templates.
